If you are using a
charge card, we need to know:
(1) The
name as shown on the card
(2)
The mailing address where the statement is sent.
(3)
The 16 digit card number
(4)
The security code from the rear of the card
(5)
The expiration date.
If you are using PayPal, simply notify them to send
us a payment and tell them the amount. Please send me an email and I will reply
with the PayPal information. Send your email to:

They will credit it directly to us and will send
both of us an email verification. Be sure to specify colors, exact wording, and
quantity. If security is a concern for your card, please send the charge card
number in 2 different emails.
Remember to include the USD $2.90 charge for
shipping and handling.
If you send us your e-mail address
along with your order, we will confirm the ship date by e-mail to you.
This will not
place you on a mailing list of any kind.
